Recent collaborations:
Recent years has seen Chris collaborate with singer-songwriter, educator, activist, and fellow Earthwork Music member, Joe Reilly, on a variety of projects. Chris played bass on recordings for the songs "Great Awakening" and "Be Kind" and can also be seen performing with Joe as a member of Joe Reilly & The Community Gardeners.
Chris contributed production support to SE Michigan-based organic farmer and talented singer-songster Billy King 's most recent album, Garden, released in 2020 featuring an all-star lineup of SE Michigan musicians. Billy and the rest of the wonderful King family host Holler Fest each August, an absolute gem of a festival that has been a favorite destination for Chris and his various projects over the years.
Chris is also a proud member of Earthwork Music, a collective of artists and musicians striving to make the world we live in better. Check out the first Earthwork Music tour in 5 years this April as 18 artists travel across Michigan performing songs, sharing stories, and showcasing inspired collaborations April 19-23.
